I wanted it to be natural you made it a curse
rejected your true feelings, deliberately is the worst

I wanted it to evolve, let it be something you've never experienced
Unfair to me, I'm at fault for your last experience

I wanted to be special, someone who made you smile
and even if I did your feelings remained bound

I wanted this to be magical, a soft whisper to your heart
